The CD costs $15.00 plus shipping ($2.00 within Canada, $5.00 to the U.S., and $9.00 everywhere else). We apologize for the expensive international rates, but this is what the Canadian postal service charges us. The CD comes with the extra 12-page, full-colour booklet, THE MODUPEDIA. Make payment via PAYPAL and be sure to include a mailing address.
